CLMM Pools

Creating a Concentrated Liquidity Market Maker (CLMM) pool incurs no protocol fee, but the following X1 network and third-party fees apply:

  1. Creation of a New Tick Array: 0.072 XN

  2. Creation of a Protocol Position: 0.00245688 XN

  3. Creation of an Account to Store Personal Position: 0.00284664 XN*

  4. Creation of Pool Information: 0.01163712 XN

  5. Funding of the Observation Account: 0.03209256 XN

  6. Creation of the NFT Position (ATA): 0.00203928 XN*

  7. Minting of the NFT and Associated Metadata: 0.00561672 XN

  8. Metaplex Protocol Fee: 0.01 XN (This fee may vary; please refer to Metaplex documentation.)

  9. XN Network Fee and Priority Fee: <0.000007 XN

Average Total: The estimated total cost for creating a CLMM pool is around 0.1 XN, though this may vary based on the number of tick arrays initiated by the initial liquidity provider.


CPMM Pools

When creating Constant Product Market Maker (CPMM) pools, the following fees apply:

  1. X1 Network Fees: The cost for creating pool accounts and signing transactions is 0.002 XN plus any user-defined priority fees.

  2. Creation of the LP Token Account (ATA): 0.00203928 XN*

  3. Protocol Fee: A fee of 0.15 XN is charged for CPMM pools during creation to deter pool spamming and ensure sustainability.

These fees are collected by a designated wallet and are managed by a multisig protocol to support infrastructure costs.


Standard AMM Pools

The fees for creating OpenBook Markets and Standard AMM pools are as follows:

  1. OpenBook Market Creation Fee: Costs range from 0.285 XN to 2.78 XN, depending on the parameters set during market creation. These fees cover rent and account initialization.

  2. X1 Network Fees: Similar to CPMM pools, this amounts to 0.002 XN plus any user-defined priority fees.

  3. Creation of the LP Token Account (ATA): 0.00203928 XN

  4. Protocol Fee: A fee of 0.4 XN is charged for OpenBook-integrated pools to prevent spamming and ensure sustainability.

These fees are also collected by a designated wallet and managed by a multisig protocol to fund infrastructure costs.
